Mr. Edwards has a distinguished 25-year career in corporate law & business operations. He has served as an executive & general counsel for numerous entities in the media & sports & entertainment industries. In private practice, Mr. Edwards has represented hundreds of clients across various sectors, guiding them from formation to exit. His expertise extends to regulated industries, where he has ensured state & federal compliance for numerous entities. Additionally, Mr. Edwards is an active member of several corporate & charitable boards, contributing his extensive knowledge & leadership.

Greg Sipos – Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Mr. Sipos has over 30 years of experience in the banking industry, exclusively in Corporate Banking. Throughout his career, he has financed & syndicated Investment Real Estate projects exceeding $100M. Mr. Sipos has been instrumental in forming & developing verticals in Investment Real Estate & Private Equity & has successfully built regional models to promote growth in Pennsylvania & Ohio. For the past 5 years prior to joining Gneuton, he has served in an Executive role, overseeing more than 250 employees across various departments including Investment Real Estate, Private Equity, Large Corporate Finance, Middle Market Lending & Treasury Management. Mr. Sipos is also a committed community leader, having served as Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce, Chairman of the United Way & on the boards of Indiana Regional Healthcare & Indiana IDC. He prides himself on his leadership & his ability to provide innovative solutions that differentiate his personal brand from the competition.

Mr. Joseph brings a multidisciplinary background that spans mechanical & aerospace engineering, business startup & growth, product development, team leadership, environmental technology & design for manufacture.

Mr. Martineau is a seasoned executive & licensed Pennsylvania attorney with over two decades of experience in law, technology, and strategic business leadership. As CEO of Gneuton, he has helped spearhead the company’s forward-thinking corporate strategy, built a high-performing executive team, & led key strategic partnerships across AI infrastructure & environmental innovation. His background includes founding multiple companies, managing complex legal & operational frameworks, & driving scalable solutions in emerging tech sectors. Mr. Martineau’s leadership blends legal precision with visionary execution, positioning Gneuton at the forefront of sustainable AI data center development.
