Mr. Martineau brings strong leadership skills to every endeavor that he undertakes, consistently driving success & innovation through the lens of an astute business & legal mind. Tom Joseph – Founder & Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Mr. Joseph's background is in mechanical & aerospace engineering concentrating in thermodynamics, business startup & growth, product development, team leadership, environmental technology, water purification & design for manufacture.

Eddie Edwards – Chief Legal Officer (CLO)

Mr. Edwards has a distinguished 25-year career in corporate law & business operations. He has served as an executive & general counsel for numerous entities in the media & sports & entertainment industries. In private practice, Mr. Edwards has represented hundreds of clients across various sectors, guiding them from formation to exit. His expertise extends to regulated industries, where he has ensured state & federal compliance for numerous entities. Additionally, Mr. Edwards is an active member of several corporate & charitable boards, contributing his extensive knowledge & leadership.

Greg Sipos – Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Mr. Sipos has over 30 years of experience in the banking industry, exclusively in Corporate Banking. Throughout his career, he has financed & syndicated Investment Real Estate projects exceeding $100 million. Mr. Sipos has been instrumental in forming & developing verticals in Investment Real Estate & Private Equity & has successfully built regional models to promote growth in Pennsylvania and Ohio. For the past five years prior to joining Gneuton, he has served in an Executive role, overseeing more than 250 employees across various departments including Investment Real Estate, Private Equity, Large Corporate Finance, Middle Market Lending & Treasury Management. Mr. Sipos is also a committed community leader, having served as Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce, Chairman of the United Way & on the boards of Indiana Regional Healthcare & Indiana IDC. He prides himself on his leadership & his ability to provide innovative solutions that differentiate his personal brand from the competition.
